The evening is a gathering to connect with our shamanic drums and to create a healing circle. Giving and receiving blessings, honouring ourselves our ancestors, and all living things. Given fair weather we can take our circle outside to work with the Formaston stone circle.

Shamanic Practice evenings at Anam Cara

We hold four seasonal gatherings in the year, facilitated by different members of the group who choose and prepare a theme for the evening. This involves drumming, shamanic journeying, ceremony, movement & dance, and outdoor practices.
In addition we meet for several Healing Circle evenings in between the seasonal gatherings.
Please note: The gatherings are for advanced practitioners who have undertaken a shamanic practitioner training such as the one offered at Anam Cara, or any equivalent.
