The Importance of Integration.

21 August 2022 by Embracing Shamanism

Shamanism is a path of self-empowerment and it is equally as important if someone comes seeking shamanic health they understand the healing process that has been set in motion through the healing they received. They can meet the healing half way so to say. Encourage people to actively engage with different elements of the healing story. Offering inspirations for integration can sometimes be a the key to unlock the potential of the healing. If there were any symbols or animals in the journey, get them to make drawings of them or to find pictures and hang them on the wall at home or make items that represent those symbols and animals and create an altar at home that will hold them. Spending time in nature, sitting quietly under a tree to contemplate on the healing etc. Inspire people to embrace their healing process and all of our offerings at Embracing Shamanism uphold the importance of integration.
