The course is limited to 16 participants and consists of four week-long residential gatherings at Anam Cara with a programme of supervised practice to be undertaken at home. It starts in October 2026 and concludes in March 2028, followed by a three-month period of integration and correspondence work.

Course pre-requisite: The Ancient Ways – Introduction to Shamanism workshop or
equivalent is the pre-requisite for participation in the training. Individuals from the UK
who were not able to attend an introductory course prior to the start of the training and for those applying from overseas, a self-learning programme to cover the pre-requisite will be given once the booking for the practitioner training has been made.
