The Child Survival Archetype

19 November 2022 by Embracing Shamanism

There are four Survival Archetypes on Adaptation that we all have as human beings and The Child is one of them. We all have The Child Archetype, it is universal. When you were born, your identity around The Child begins to form. You can easily identify your Child Archetype/s pondering on questions such as:

– What would you say your childhood was like?

– What experiences did you have?

– Did you have a lot of experiences of abuse or abandonment or rejection? – Where you shamed a lot?

– Where you nurtured and loved and taken care of?

– Where you allowed to express yourself fully and to follow your heart?

– Would you see there was predominantly abandonment, predominantly love, or about 50-50?

This is how you come to know your specific identity with the child Archetype/s. Our Shamanic Teacher Trainer course provides an experienced and safe space to explore this. Learn more here.
